PRINCE2 Project Management Practitioner (Version 7): applying the method to projects

Apply the PRINCE2 7 principles, practices and processes to project scenarios, then tailor the method to the size and risk of your project.

After this course you can apply PRINCE2 7 to a real project, rather than just knowing the method. You decide which practices and processes are needed and in how much depth, assign roles clearly, and build in topics such as collaboration, data and sustainability. You also practise for the exam, which is open book. The course suits you if you already hold a recognised qualification, such as the Foundation, and you lead or coordinate projects or support them from a PMO.
