After this course you can assess and improve agile work without being tied to one framework. You can see when a team needs experiments and faster feedback, lead through trust rather than control, and align the backlog and delivery with product value. Along the way you cover the four PMI-ACP exam areas: Mindset, Leadership, Product and Delivery. The course suits you if you already work in agile teams and want to deepen and demonstrate your experience. It is too broad as a first encounter with Scrum.
What you’ll take away.
- Promote an agile mindset, early experiments and short feedback loops in your team
- Lead teams and strengthen psychological safety
- Make product value visible and prioritise work accordingly
- Measure delivery and tailor the approach to the situation
Your training in detail
- Who is it for?
- Scrum Masters, Product Owners, project managers and team members who already work with agile methods and want to show experience beyond one framework.
- Prerequisites
- PMI requires a secondary diploma, 21 hours of agile training and normally two years of agile experience from the last five. An active PMP replaces this experience, and another agile certification can replace one year.
- Format & planning
- Standard length: 4 training days. A different length can be arranged for companies.
