After this course you know the three areas of the current PMP exam and can relate your project experience to them. In scenarios you decide which approach fits, how to engage stakeholders and how to align a project with business value. You also cover trends that PMI has newly taken into account, such as AI and sustainability. The course suits you if you have led projects for several years and can meet PMI's eligibility rules. If you are just starting out, CAPM is the better choice.
