Frequently asked questions
Which do I learn first: HTML, CSS or JavaScript?
In that order. HTML provides structure and content, CSS the styling and JavaScript the interaction. If you start with JavaScript, you have no page to see the results on. The training follows exactly this order.
Do I need a website builder or should I learn code?
A builder is faster for simple sites. With HTML, CSS and JavaScript you have full control and understand what a builder produces behind the scenes. This also helps when adapting CMS templates. We can show both side by side if you wish.
Is the training enough to become a web developer?
It lays the foundation and ends with a published page. For a career start you usually add frameworks such as React, backend knowledge and plenty of practice. We can place the training as the first block in a longer learning plan. We do not promise a job.
Does Web development from scratch include a certificate?
There is no standard vendor exam for HTML, CSS and JavaScript that this training specifically prepares for. Attending alone awards no vendor certification.
