Choose a manageable use case
Start with a recurring task whose output your team can assess. One example is drafting an internal checklist from approved information. Describe how the task is handled today, what output is needed and who reviews it. This turns a general ambition to learn AI into a concrete learning goal.
Use fictional or explicitly approved data for initial exercises. Your organisation needs to establish which tools and data are permitted before training. A course does not replace internal approval.
Map the team’s starting point
A short questionnaire can help you plan the group: which tools have people used, what feels easy and what remains unclear? Who needs the foundations and who already uses AI regularly? Use the answers to prepare a common starting point and more advanced exercises.
- List roles and typical tasks
- Ask about experience without turning it into a performance assessment
- Agree on approved tools and exercise data
- Name a person who can answer follow-up questions
Define observable learning outcomes
“The team understands AI” is difficult to assess. A clearer goal is that participants can describe a task with context, an output format and review criteria. They can then explain which claims they checked and what remains uncertain. Define these criteria before choosing training.
Make room for practice and feedback
A useful session combines short explanations with hands-on work. Have the group complete a task, compare outputs and revise the request. Put subject-matter quality ahead of speed. Decide in advance who provides feedback and which examples may be reused after training.
Prepare for application after the session
Agree on a small next step at work: test an approved template, refine a checklist or run a documented experiment. A short follow-up meeting helps reveal questions and limitations. Only claim productivity gains once you have measured them in a way your team can explain.
For a training enquiry, begin with team size, roles, starting skills, preferred language and two typical tasks. NextNowa uses this information to discuss content and a live online format with your team.
